In this six-part series, Trigg acts as the leading historian in the upcoming documentary programmes about the famous Allied units and formations from the Second World War. The series is currently in Post Production and is working in partnership with Rebellion Film and TV.
Watched by over 700,000 people upon first broadcast and filmed for Belgian and Dutch TV, this programme explores the motivations and personal experiences of the thousands of Belgian Flemish and Walloon volunteers who enlisted during the Second World War to fight alongside the Germans in the ranks of the Waffen-SS.
